European Business and Management School Teaching Philosophy
All members of the faculty are highly qualified, combining a solid professional and academic background. This ensures the practical nature of our curricula and enables the students to benefit from the expertise and the experience our lecturers have accumulated throughout their business and academic careers.
Teaching small student groups allows instructors to care for the student's individual needs. Interactive teaching and frequent group and individual assignments ensure permanent evaluation and communication, so that students obtain a firm grasp of the course materials offered.
To prevent business theory from remaining abstract and inapplicable, all syllabi and courses are based on the case study method. This practical approach to learning involves studying and solving actual business and management problems as they arise in the business community at large.
Courses and syllabi are developed, monitored and adapted to the demands of the marketplace regularly. For this, the assistance of the Advisory Council composed of prominent personalities from both the business and the academic community is highly appreciated.
